We are the official and exclusive distributor of VIP Italia equipment in Ireland. VIP Italia equipment is designed and manufactured by More Srl, Via Giulio Uberti 42, 21100 Varese, Italy (the “Manufacturer”). We are an independent business and are not the Manufacturer. Any contract for equipment, training or servicing is between you and us, unless stated otherwise in writing.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. The Website is intended for use by businesses and professionals in the aesthetic, wellness and healthcare sectors, and by individuals aged 18 or over.

5. Quotes, Sales, Rental and Leasing

Prices, financing examples and return-on-investment figures shown on the Website, including those produced by our RoI Clinic Calculator, are estimates only and do not form an offer. Any purchase, rental or lease of equipment, together with training, servicing and warranty terms, is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us (and, where relevant, a finance provider). If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement takes priority.

6. Manufacturer Information and Warranty

Product specifications, clinical results, certifications and accreditations shown on this Website are based on information provided by the Manufacturer. We pass on this information in good faith but cannot independently guarantee it. Warranty cover for equipment is as set out in your purchase, rental or lease agreement and in the Manufacturer’s warranty terms, which we will provide on request.

7. Intellectual Property

“VIP Italia”, “Hi‑Line”, “Transion”, “Isogei”, “Linfogei”, “Microgei”, “Carezza” and related names and logos are trade marks of the Manufacturer and are used on this Website under our distribution arrangement. Product images, specifications, clinical data and brochures may be supplied by the Manufacturer and remain its property. All other content on this Website is owned by us.

You may view and download content for your own business use in evaluating our products. You may not copy, reproduce, publish or distribute it for any other purpose without prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website in any unlawful way, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any server or system connected to it, introduce viruses or other harmful code, or use automated tools to copy its content.

9. Links to Other Websites
